We are a current Device42 customer and for the last year, we have been looking forward to a SaaS version. We heard through the support grapevine that Device42 has been integrated into Freshworks via the ITAM feature. Signed up for the 14 day demo and confirmed the feature set.
Now, we would like to learn about the migration path to the new version of Device42 in regards to exiting data and licensing. I have reached out several different ways to try to speak to someone in Sales and after weeks of trying, we still have not been able to actually speak to someone.
Does anyone actually work for Freshworks? What is the best way to speak to sales?
