Hi! I am new to the Freshworks community. What are your best getting started tips? Thanks!

You can go through reporting analytics and workflow automations. In my opinion these two are a bit tough but are really interesting to start with. Also go through basic ticketing functions like email notification, custom fields being added to forms and see how it works. Book a session with DAP by contacting freshservice support. They’d give you a detailed overview of the product.
