+5Has anyone attempted to use passwordless login? Most of our users use SSO and a small segment would use the passwordless login option. I’m wondering if passwordless login has worked well for others, as it seems like it would be hard to support if it were at all buggy.

In the passwordless login process, the login screen will feature an additional button labeled:
**Sign in with Magic Link.**
By clicking this button, users will be prompted to enter their registered email address. Upon submission, an authenticated link will be sent to the authorized user. Clicking on this link will grant immediate access to the helpdesk. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
