Do we need a separate hero banner for mobile view vs laptop/desktop view or will it adjust the view settings itself to ensure complete banner is visible even in mobile view?

Hi!
Currently, Support Portal customisations, including the hero banner, are applicable only to the desktop/laptop view. These customisations will not be reflected in the mobile view.
