Scroll Bar Gone on Ticket Page

My vertical bar is still there, but the horizontal bar disappeared a few days ago which is proving frustrating.  Clicking on a ticket (other than the subject) and using the cursor keys is the only way I can see the columns off to the right.

It disappeared for me as well. You can also press the scroll wheel and move the mouse left and right.

Thanks, hadn’t thought of that.  I’d rather they just fix it though ;)

Yes, you're right. During the timeframe you mentioned, we did observe multiple customers experiencing the scroll bar disappearing from the ticket list view.

After investigating this with our Engineering team, we confirmed that this is a product bug. The team is actively working on a fix, and we'll share an update as soon as we have more information.
