Good day, 

I have a template with a lot of custom fields in, some of which I would like to have the data replicated in an email as part of an associated workflow.

 

Could someone please explain to me how this is achieved as there doesn't appear to be any logical way of doing this.

I figured it out.

You must select the SERVICE ITEM from the placeholder menu. Pick your fields from there.
