Hello,

How can I make it so that when a user opens a ticket, all the tickets they have assigned appear in the "Active" section? Currently, when they open a ticket, it shows no active tickets, and I have to search for them manually.

I’m not sure if you’re referring to requester / contacts or agents and which view you may be referring to.
