Looks like the training videos I was able to look up on YouTube are quite old.  Are there newer ones I’m not seeing?

            I am trying to get the University to let me re-take a course [C003. Freshservice Product Expert Certification – Advanced] but every time I try it just tells me , Congrats you’re done.  I’ve tried emailing the University but get no response. Can someone help me?
