Hi everyone,

I am trying to track all Support tickets across Freshworks. I have been told that I must go to 4 different portals to gather the data.

Surely FreshWorks would have a centralised for all Support tickets ...or am I just being delusional?

You’re not delusional Freshworks doesn’t automatically centralize all support tickets across different products by default. If your organization uses multiple portals Freshdesk Freshservice etc they often operate separately unless an admin sets up unified reporting or analytics. There are ways to centralize data but it depends on configuration integrations or using Freshworks Analytics or external reporting tools.
