Yes and No. 
The template name is not stored with the ticket so you can’t have that as an condition. 

So you need to have some data on the ticket that you can do a condition on.
It can be Asset, Change type, group , agent, custom field.. anything you add to the template. 
In your WFA(workflow automation) you then use that as a condition to send out the CAB you wish. 

Extension to that you can use a Custom object to control the WFA
