I am looking for a way to create 1 or 2 additional fields on the Contract record in FreshService. This will better help track the Department that owns the contract record. Any thoughts?

Hi!
I think you should be able to add custom fields in Admin → Contract Types and clicking on edit on the contract type you want to add the fields to. I haven’t played a lot with contracts so I am not 100% about all the possibilities, but you should at least be able to add custom fields.
