Hi, have found a few old threads on this but can anyone tell me what the minimum permission is to add/edit contacts in MSP mode (pro license)? Couldn’t see it anywhere in custom roles.
We want to assign this role to a few of our agents.

To add or edit contacts in MSP mode, the minimum required admin roles are:
- View Requesters
- Edit Requesters
- Assume Requester Identity
- Delete Requester
These permissions will allow your agents to manage contacts effectively. Let me know if you need further clarification!
