Agents sharing tickets submitted via portal

Hi All,

 We use fresh service for both our QA dept and IT.  They have separate workspaces.  An agent submits a ticket for QA and goes to add a watcher/share it via the portal but when he clicks on the ticket it takes him back to the agent dashboard.  Anyone know anyway around this?
