Freshservice is not really in to configuration management but more in to asset management.
But I need an analysis or other way to generate an overview of assets (ci’s) and the related assets (ci’s)
And if it is there their history of relations.
I might ask to much from Freshservice but I know other tools do have this so maybe….

If you mean to get an overview of the CI Types under the root CI Type, You can make use of the Analytics to get the data as follows:
If you mean to get the relations of the Asset, I’m afraid there is no direct way or a way on reporting to achieve this right now:
You might have to manually select each asset and Open the relationships to see it.
You can also see the Activity of the Asset which would contain the history of the mapping done previously with this asset:

thank you for this answer but it is not exactly what I was looking for. I know the solution in Analyses. Thank you.
I am looking to see i.e. a list of all assets and in a second row all related assets. Or something like that.
It would be an ultimate list if I also can see the history of relations. What was and what is… 🤣
