Is there a way to allow external users to see announcements in the portal without having to log in? We have several instances where we would need to send announcements to outside parties that do not need to log into the portal but are definitely going to click the link and then call us (or just get upset with us) when they can’t access the announcement. We have disabled sign up from the portal because we need to more closely control who is and is not a requester in the system. Thanks!

I understand that you want to send show the Annoucements to the external users who are not created as Agents/Requesters in Freshservice, Right now, Freshservice sends Emails and show Announcements banners to only Active users(who’ve logged in to freshservice atleast once). We can raise an enhancement request on your behalf if you could elaborate your use-case to support@freshservice.com
