Any way to see the incoming payload for a monitoring tool using webhooks?

We created a new monitoring tool which uses webhooks as the trigger.  Is there any way that we can get the incoming payload that is sent to the endpoint so that we can troubleshoot our mapping?  We can see the alert is created, but our mapping is not correct therefore we are not seeing the data in the alert fields.

Hello @sleclerc the webhook monitoring tool has the ability to paste the Alert Payload as JSON to use as a “Model” for what is going to be sent to freshservice. From there you can then map the fields accordingly. The only issue with this is that you need an example of the alert payload to know what the JSON representation of your Alert payload would look like. Most tools that generate alerts give you the ability to view the payload, and some will even let you customize your own payload. Not sure what tool you are using but hopefully that helps.
