Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically create a Service Request once a change is pending implementation, and associate it with the Change that generated that request?

Associate Service Request with a Change Request via API

Please note that you have the option to create a service request when the status of a change is updated via API. However, it's currently not feasible to associate that service request with the change via API.
This is because service request association to the change is not feasible and it is a workflow automation action, and one automation cannot trigger another. As of now, associating the service request with the change can be performed only by manual action.
