Is it possible for requesters to add attachments to a change in Freshservice?
At the moment I’m trying to find a way, but it doesn’t seem possible to do so.
Can anyone conferm or am I searching in the wrong spot?

The Requester would have option to add attachments:
Can you check if you have any Business rules which are hiding the Attachments for Requesters?
Individual section would have the option to add attachments as well.

Actually there was a business rule that was hiding the attachments. :)
Now that I’ve corrected this, I still have to go through the adjustments we have made on the custom stylesheet. Because there are still some parts hidden. But I’m sure I’ll get it working.
