Business Agents Unable to Create Change Requests in Other Workspaces

One a user is assigned as a Business Agent; they are considered agents. They can no longer be included as Requestors in Requestor Groups in other Workspaces. Making them an Business Agen should not affect them as requestors in other workspaces.

      Hi Tyler,

      Please note that agents in Freshservice cannot be added as requesters despite being a business agent or an IT agent. This is an expected behaviour by design. You can drop an email to support@freshservice.com to have this raised as an enhancement request.

      Let me ask you this. How does a user that is assigned as a Business Agent submit a change request?

       

      Also, I have submitted this to support numerous times. No one ever has an answer other than it is by design. It’s unfortunate because the design is not functional for users assigned a Business Agent license.
