Business Rules - Requester Group filters

Hello everyone,

Hopefully I’m missing something glaringly obvious here but does anyone know if there are Business Rule options which allow you to filter specifically on the Condition of a Logged In User’s current ‘Requester Group’?

Hello @MDavies, the option to isolate on restricted requester groups is not available, sorry to disappoint. The ability to set a similar condition exists for agent groups but unfortunately not for requester groups. This would be a great enhancement request. I suggest creating it here so we all can upvote it.
