Can you configure the FreshService Discovery Agent?

I’m just wondering if there’s any way to configure the FreshService discovery agent to capture more information than it does by default. An example would be LTE IMEI and SIM card information for LTE-capable laptops.

    Hi @Iananderson Unfortunately, the discovery agent can’t be customized to capture more information than it does by default. In case you are using any tools like Intune or JamF, we can then integrate with those tools and fetch the information into your Inventory.
