Currently, Freshservice doesn't provide a built-in option to remove or hide English as the language in Freddy's suggestions, especially when you're using another language like Swedish.
However, you can try the following options to adjust the language settings:
1. Set Swedish as the Default Language for the Portal:
- Go to Admin > Multilingual Support.
- Ensure that Swedish is set as the default language for the portal and all communication templates.
- This might help Freddy offer suggestions in Swedish instead of English if the system recognizes Swedish as the default.
2. Review Freddy's Language Settings (if available):
- In Freshservice, Freddy's AI suggestions may be influenced by the language settings configured in your admin panel.
- Unfortunately, there’s no direct setting to restrict Freddy suggestions to a single language right now, but you can customize Freddy’s behavior by using custom workflows and automations for multilingual support.
3. Contact Freshservice Support:
- If the default behavior is still showing English suggestions even after setting Swedish as the primary language, it might be worth contacting Freshservice Support to explore any back-end settings or upcoming updates that might address this issue.
Thanks @BartVB I wasn’t aware of this either, it isn’t a issue for us but we are worldwide so I assume it would come up eventually.
