Currently, we have our change management fields locked down in the change lifecycle after approval.  Our CAB wants the change manager role to be able to adjust the dates after the approval if needed.  I cannot seem to figure out how to give that permission to that role since the lock down happens in the change lifecycle.  anyone have familiarity with that?

@shannon.mejia we do the same thing and were not able to do it if we used the lock down feature provided within the change lifecycle.  We made this happen by ignoring that function and then using the business rules for forms to lock the fields.

How is your business rule setup to only allow a certain role to be able to edit a field?
