Is it possible to change he size of the fields in a service request in FreshService? For example, we add a paragraph field to the end of some service request forms so users can add any additional notes but the field is tiny and difficult for users to use.
For example, I’d like to be able to resize the notes section as shown here
+9There isn’t a built-in option for that however you can target the notes CSS field and make it larger by using the custom style sheet. You would have to make sure that all of that specific field are called notes. Otherwise it won’t be able to target it. I personally have never done this for fresh service, but I do know that they have a padding size in the css.
Thanks, any idea where to do that? I’ve been able to find users who have done it in FreshWorks but not FreshService.
