It doesn’t matter whether you need a plumber or an ITSM consultant, it can be difficult to select “the right one” from all the potential options.
I like Stuart Rance’s simple advice for this - “The best way to select an ITSM consultant is by word of mouth. Talk to people you know and find a consultant that has done good work for other organizations.”
