Cloud Discovery - Azure, AWS resources

Hi,

I’m with a partner in the Nordics. We have potentially a customer that has not yet started with their CMDB or asset management. They use AAD and have their assets (most of them) in Intune. I understand that the cloud discovery captures another level of infrastructure than Intune might. 

How does this app differ from the SaaS Management solution that’s already out there?

Security is also a key thing. What would the Cloud Discovery app require access wise?

Hello Erik, we have successfully integrated with iNtune to CMDB but this is different from the Discovery funtion.  We also have the discovery app setup for Azure (but with limited success however)

We are helping a customer to populate their inventory with the marketplace Intune app. However since this app won’t discover installed programs we are faced with potentially needing to build an integration that has this funcionality. Would you be able to share a brief summary of how you’ve integrated to Intune?

Hi Vishal, Do I understand correctly that the “discovery into your Cloud infrastructure” you are talking about is through the SaaS Management Add-on to Freshservice - or?
