we are a company that integrates Freshservice with Jira, Azure Devops, Asana and other software…

One of our customers, when trying to fetch data of his FreshService tickets based on updated since filter (xxxxxx.freshservice.com/api/v2/tickets?updated_since=2023-08-01T00:00:00Z), is visualizing the following error:

 

Why is the above happening, and how can we solve this? Thanks!
