Hi, I wan my custom feild to be lite the dscription box is automatecly 

I want “beskrivning av ärende” to have the funktion like “Description”. And not be in the right corner like the pic below 

 

HI, I’ve not come across a way to customise boxes into the main section of the gui. i’m not sure this is an option.

Sadly, this seems to be currently not feasible.

A few workarounds we have made for this limitation are:

Create a public/private note with the contents of your field, using a workflow. With the creation, it is right there, but it will be collapsed with replies being added to the ticket.

Adding a service item (valid only on SRs) with the required information. It will remain always on top, but you need to expand the description (if it is long; there’s an app that does exactly that automatically) and could sum for a clogged GUI if both have lots of contents.
