I'm implementing a new feature on the website: a one-on-one consultation service.

However, I don’t want to use the Freshchat widget to enable customer-service chat.

I’d like to implement my own UI. Is there a way to do this? If so, could you provide relevant documentation?

Currently, customised UI widgets in the Freshservice portal are not supported. You can reach out to your Freshworks account manager to see if any third party integrations can be done.
