customize Freshservice Plus (+) menu

We would like to customize the Freshservice Plus (+) menu at the top right corner to add contacts or other shortcuts we use frequently.

 

Is this possible today? If so, how?

Hello @ronny.steiner this is currently not possible. But I have a feature request for them to add additional functionality to the + menu. Feel free to upvote this and maybe we can get them to improve it.
