Hi Community,

I want to create a dashboard for a group, where one tile counts the number of tickets created (i.e. is the requester) by the person viewing the dashboard.
is there a way to define this with the Requester filter “Me”, similar as there is this option for the Agent field?
if not, any ideas for a workaround?

Thanks, Günther

@Stague71 “tickets I requested” is a default ticket list from Freshservice, in your dashboard click scorecard → Tickets→ Tickets I requested and it will create it, I went as far as editing that and making one called tickets i requested still open and saved it and also made it a dashboard tile.

@ITMike thanks for the idea.
it works nicely giving the person using the dashboard their own requested tickets (i.e. INC + SR + MI).

the moment though i want to add a filtering e.g. for Ticket type, to have one tile showing “my own Service requests” and another tile showing “my own incidents”, then this does not work any more.
thx, G.

@Stague71 its the same process, you would just add a filter to the tickets i requested based on type, then select the save as and call it whatever you want.  Once saved open the dashboard click edit then then search for the one you just made.

@ITMike, i did that. only with that saving of the filter with a new name, it seems to forget that it is meant to use the requester “me” and instead saves it with my name. so when a colleague opens that dashboard tile, he sees my and not his own created service requests.
so unless i am making some mistake here, this seems to be impossible.,

@Stague71 ahhhh now I understand, no each agent has to build the list and view themselves, there is no dynamic function that can be pushed from a global level.  It really should be super simple though as again “my tickets” one is a default ticket list so it would take them a few seconds to update and save it.  I specifically asked FS about this when we went live because I would have preferred to create global dashboards and publish them versus allowing each agent to decide what is and isn’t important to avoid everyone working off of different metrics.

@Stague71 suggest adding this as an idea here. That way the community can upvote it and get it in front of the product teams.
