Hi

I’ve got freshservice with default Langage French

The default Email notifications are all written in english, do they exist in French Version or should I translate all of them?

I noticed some mistake in the app menu or else in french version, how can i fix them?

Thanks

Hello @Fabrice RD doesn’t look like it changes the email templates default language from English, but you could try adding supported languages, this should allow you to send email communications in the End User’s native language. Take a look at this article 🙂 Hope that helps

Thanks for your Answer, I don’t need to add extra languages, i only need French as Primary

I wanted to know if fresh service supply default french templates or should I recreate allm off them myself?

If i should translate all of them, is there any fetaures that could help me to do the following tasks:

  • export all the notification template in a file
  • translate them
  • reimport them back

How to submit the UI translation mistakes I noticed in different part of the freshService application

Any chance to get their Translation File that I could Correct on my own and send them back?

I’d prefer doing that job, instead of supplying end user an Application with buttons where the Text is completly unappropriate in the application context.

The Module Name in French is “Changements” as you can see in some menu it’s named “Modifier” so the user can’t understand what he has to do

I should have reported incorrect UI translations to support@freshservice.com
Templates are provided in English and you need to translate them your self as far as I know.
