Hi,

First thing, thanks in advance for your answers. I’m really new in Freshservice and havn’t got the tweak with Json and webrequest yet.

 

I’ll be receiving attachments in a specific form that is very confidential and I would like to delete them automatically in workflow after sending them in secured Sharepoint folder.

 

I found this can be done this way ;

I just can’t find the proper way to create the process. How can I get the attachments ID and specify it in my WebRequest? 

 

If you could point out the right direction to look would be very helpful :)

Hi.

I just noticed you can list tickets, and it will show you the list of attachments, but without id.

So, it’s kind of odd to be able to delete attachments by id, but not having the way to get the id (or at least it is not documented).

I’d suggest either (or both) of the following:

Submit a support case with your inquiry and need, explaining that currently it is not available in the documentation how to get the attachment id.

Submit this to the Developers Community: Freshworks Developer Community

You may get more advanced response from current developers, both, from Freshworks as well as from end users like us developing with Freshworks solutions.
