What happened to the Email button on the collaboration widget in Freshservice?

I used to be able to create emails with banners to collaborate outside of the ticket with others, and now I don’t see it in the collaboration widget. 

Or am I missing something as it has been a few months since I last used it.

See, there is now longer an email button

 

Can you check your ticket type? I believe email button is only available for Major Incidents 


Well, off course it is there under the Major Incident ticket. I cannot believe I could not find it. I am wrtiing a book on implementing Freshservice. I was editing the first draft and there was all this text on emailing inside a ticket to other agents, but I could not find the button to back it up.
