Disabling TLS 1.0 or RC4 ciphers breaks the IMAP connector

We have disabled the TLS 1.0 and have found that IMAP is not unusable. Is anyone else having the same issue or have a solution?

    Hi,


    We stopped supporting TLS 1.0, we are not clear on how the IMAP service was interrupted by us owing to the fact that we stopped supporting TLS 1.0. Are you referring to Custom Mailbox configuration?


    I will convert this topic to a Ticket so that, we can reach you out to understand the background and try out the best to restore the service?
