Does anyone know how the discovery agent communicates with the Freshservice cloud? Meaning what ports and protocols, also does the cloud reach for the data or does the agent just send it?

    Hi @cfosdick , the discovery agent communicates directly to the Freshservice instance over the internet from the installed machine. The Discovery probe uses port 443 to communicate with the Freshservice instance whereas if you are using any proxies in your environment you can install the agent with the details so the device can communicate with the Freshservice instance without issues.
