Hi everyone,
Has there been any change to this process recently? Before, we could only edit the service item details if the approval had not been sent. Now, it seems we can edit only after the approval has been sent or it has already been approved. I can't find any information about this in the latest update notes.

 

 

@Hubert.Panszczyk When submitting a service request, it has always been possible to edit the requested items either before an approval is initiated or after an approval has been rejected. If you find that you are unable to edit an item before the approval process starts, please contact our support team for assistance.


@rajagopal.baladhandayutham Thank you for the advice. I forgot to mention that the issue has been resolved. We had a business rule that prevented the editing of service items after the request was approved. By mistake, someone altered it to do the opposite. 😅
