i am new to freshworks and i want to confirm if there is way to integrate Gmail with Freshworks.

I honestly want to know if when i create a user on Gmail it automatically created on fresh works

For creating a support channel with Gmail , we do have an option in Freshservice where any emails sent to the support mail-address wil get converted as tickets. You can refer to the following article to create a channel : https://support.freshservice.com/en/support/solutions/articles/154123-setting-up-your-support-email-address

 

We would not be able to sync users from G Suite into Freshsevice automatically due to certain changes with Google API. We’ll keep the thread updated if there are any improvements.
