I have this error inside a ticket and it suggests me 2 emails that I have checked and they are active and correct. Where is the problem?

Hello @manovades, I have seen this a couple of times when an IP address associated to Freshservice is blacklisted by SPAMCOP. I would suggest raising a ticket with Freshservice Support for further troubleshooting.


  1. Check the Undelivered Message:

    • Look for any error messages or bounce-back messages in the undelivered email notification. These messages often provide information about why the email couldn't be delivered.
  2. Verify Recipient Email Address:

    • Ensure that the recipient's email address is entered correctly. Typos or mistakes in the email address can lead to delivery failures.
  3. Check Mailbox Availability:

    • Confirm that the recipient's email server is operational and can accept new emails. Sometimes, a recipient's mailbox might be full, or their email server might be experiencing issues.
