Enterprise and Sandbox Freshservice

We upgraded from Freshservice Pro to Enterprise because of the Sandbox option.
What is better than changing and testing than a sandbox instead of your day2day production environment?
But I noticed that a lot of data/settings are not equal in production and sandbox. A lot is missing or not replicated.
How is it than a ‘TEST’ environment? How can I test without it being identical?

Can anybody explain this?

Sandbox needs to be Synced every once in while.

Please keep in mind that not all data is actually synced, as it is stated in the aforementioned KB.

Thank you but I was aware of that. And that is exatly my point.
So many things are not synced and you do not have an exact copy of the real world.
But maybe that will cahnge in the future
