Hi,

I have been trying to get Azure DevOps integration working via the Azure DevOps Connector app and using your DevOps recipes.

On the Azure DevOps side everything appears to be working so far, I can see successful queries pulling back data and mapping fields when testing. However, whenever I try to add the “Create change in Freshservice” action I see an error at the top of the editor -

Something went wrong

undefined method `map' for nil:NilClass at line: 7730

I see this on a new action, even with just the most basic mandatory fields provided and no datapills included.

If I try and test run the recipe I then see it fail on that action with the following -

500 Internal Server Error: {"message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."} at line: 6005 called from: 6004”, but very little other information to go on.

Would you be able to assist at all please?

Thanks.

Adam.

Hi, just wondered if anyone had any ideas on this at all please?

Hi @adamcobb,

Please follow the steps below in the given order and let us know the outcome:

1. Edit the recipe.
2. Click the refresh button next to the "Test Recipe" button at the top right.
3. Edit the 'Link Pull Request' action and update the connection to use the New ADO FS Integration.

Once updated, enable the recipe.

Additionally, this error might occur due to insufficient permissions for the token being used. Kindly review the token configuration and ensure it has the necessary permissions.

If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team to have this further checked. We'll be happy to help you resolve it.
