Hi!

I want to export all tickets open in saturday. Is that possible?

@Lemmii go to the analytics module, down at the bottom click the settings button, choose Data Export, create a new export (top right), all available filters and fields are there for you to choose from. You can set the creation date to whatever date you were looking for.

As mentioned in a similar thread, Freshservice doesn’t offer built-in filters for exporting tickets by specific days of the week.

However, you can try a Freshworks partner app to set up grouped filters. That means you can filter tickets where the status is Open and the creation date falls on a specific Saturday.
