I’m having a problem getting the Feedback widget onto my customer portal 
I copied the pop up widget code and inserted it on the Portal Home HTML code but it just isnt taking 

However that Pop-up shows on the agent portal which isnt a great help as it needs to be available to requestors

 

I placed it in the <section> out the <section> even added a body tag and encapsulated the script … but nothing
