Hello,

If we have problem customers that we want to flag up when they contact us, or have their tickets automatically assigned to a certain person, is there an easy way to facilitate this?

Which of these are the inquiry referring to?

Anyway, in both it can be achieved; not as very simple, but yes, via Workflows / Automations with API calls and the Assignment Workflow / Automation.
