FreashServicePS I've been unable to use the filter parameter when querying tickets.

Example on how I’ve tried using the parameter:

Get-FreshserviceTicket -Filter 'sub_category:Change User'

#Or

Get-FreshserviceTicket -Filter 'requester_id:1234'
