As per the freshservice sandbox documentation - when we create a sandbox, Custom object records are copied to Sandbox during the sandbox creation process. However, they are not copied during the sync process. ( Documentation )
But that is not what is happening in our sandbox. None of the custom object records are copied to sandbox. only the custom object configuration is copied.
What I am trying to understand is,
is this a bug ?
or
is the documentation not up to date ?
or
if we have to select/configure different options when we create the sandbox ?
