Freshservice (our business instance, and any links directly to do with Freshservice specific support) have been down for the last few hours and are showing no signs of coming back online?

 

I can see other users have been reporting this.

The Freshservice status page is also unavailable/unresponsive. Could I please be updated with current status on this? Are others also experiencing?

 

 

Hey @LukeC - I’m sorry to hear this and my apologies for inconvenience and any disruption faced. I’ve alerted our team to check but I’m also tagging some of our members to see if they’ve had any issues - @Daniel Söderlund @eeha0120 @zachary.king - have you’ll been facing any issues too?

Hi @LukeC - I can confirm it was down. Here’s an update from our team:

The issue with the Freshservice portal was due to a problem originating from their upstream Internet Service Provider (ISP).Between 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM PDT we experienced an Internet connectivity issue with an external provider outside of our network which affected traffic from some of end-user networks.

Looked like we just few isuess in EU 
According to FRESHSERVICE's Status page Powered by Freshstatus | Live status it looked like US had issue with loading the portal.
