FreshService Notification Delayed/Not working

I am in South Africa and I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing a delay with Fresh service email notifications, all notification features, from "forgot password", 'Ticket created', .....

This usually shouldn't happen. I will have this topic converted to a ticket and will have our support agent to help you with this.
