Hi, you can try the below:
1)Add Meta Tags:
Add meta tags to your portal pages to instruct search engines not to index them. Use the following meta tag in the HTML <head> section:
html<br> <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"><br>
2)Request Removal:
Go to Google Search Console → Removals
Choose Temporary Removal
Submit your Freshworks URL
Google removes the indexed result within 24–48 hours
If both of the above doesn’t work, I’d suggest you contact FS support team. But they too might ask you to check with your DNS or webmaster 😑
