Hello!

We really need the ability to save tickets and their attachments from Freshdesk to our Google Drive. Is this possibility being considered?

Hi @Edonoveba ,

I guess you can add your Gmail ID (the one associated with your drive) as an agent in your account, login using that profile and then export tickets from list view as a CSV or excel file manually every week (or) create a report in analytics and then set up a schedule for the tickets to be sent as a report (csv file) to your google drive associated email address. This is just a workaround since the ability to backup all tickets from freshdesk to google drive (similar to backing up files/photos from your android/iOS device to google drive) doesn’t seem to be an option. Hopefully, any community manager can assist you with creating this as a feature request.

@Edonoveba it looks like the google drive orchestra app can do what you're asking, you will have to setup the workflows, but it seems to meet your criteria.

Hi,

Freshdesk doesn’t currently offer a built-in option to save tickets and attachments directly to Google Drive.

As an alternative, you can use a third-party service to export your tickets (including attachments and other related records) to a CSV file. Once exported, you can manually or automatically upload the CSV to your Google Drive for storage or further processing.
